Well, this sure was a page. I feel like I put more thought into the lives of the people behind those windows than I did into the plot of this comic, oops.

Since the details are really tiny, the new voting incentive on TWC is a close-up of some of the windows!

I think the effort really paid off. It feels like a real lived-in space.

@daidaishar: Thank you! Stuff like this is really fun but I'm always wary because it takes so stupidly long.

so immersive

I've just found this comic and it's honestly been so fun to read! It's engaging and the characters are very interesting. The art style is beautiful too.

Sure, in comic book form, the people are interesting. But in real life, they suck. Been to Moscow once and visited several Soviet commie blocks. When I visited my friend Alexei's grandparents in their flat, it was beautifully decorated and vibrant. When I left the apartment, the hallways had cat poop, dog piss, stained walls, and other garbage. The elevator was just as bad with dozens of liquor bottles and candy wrappers. Sure, in comic book form these people are interesting but in real life their lack of cleanliness says enough about them to make me not interested in them.
